Dead bugs/ delighted customers/ peace
Ordinarily when you call a termite control company you will talk first with a receptionist who may know little about pests. Next will come the inspector whose job is to sell you something. Last is the applicator. The applicator is where the "rubber meets the road" in this business, he is also the weak link in the system. He has a tough job. He has to crawl under your house and apply pesticide. The pay is marginal and the working conditions harsh. Understandably, most people do not like it. There is high turnover, thus the quality of the work is often low due to either burnout or inexperience. Its hard to say whether you'll get a thorough job or not, because you have no idea who they're going to assign. It all boils down the applicator's diligence.
To avoid this situation call me instead. When you do, the only person you will deal with is me. I do all the consultation, scheduling, inspections, and treatments. You will get great service, and the job will get done right, I guarantee it.
I am Timothy Welch. I am fully licensed (OPR11671), registered (PR5731), bonded and insured as required by the California Structural pest Control Board.
I was born, grew up, and still reside in Sonoma County, California. I have been in various trades including research and development. I've been in pest control for about 5 years. I focus on inspections and treatments for things that eat wood; termites, wood boring beetles, wood decay fungus, carpenter bees, and carpenter ants mainly. I really like traveling around, seeing new things, meeting new folks, and helping them. I started my own company because I want to give people choices and tell people the truth about their situation, even if it means not making a sale. I also am developing my own ideas about how treatments should be done and want to pursue them.
