Congratulations you found me!  This is the website of Tim the Termite Guy.  I have been in this field for a number of years as a Termite Inspector and have finally struck out on my own.  Since I am a sole proprietor, I have extremely low overhead and can pass the savings on to you.  Combined with my experience, craftsmanship, and the personal service that I provide, you'll score a great value when you contract for my services.  I perform Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspections and treatments for termites, wood boring beetles, Fungus, carpenter bees, and carpenter ants.  I strive to provide the best service possible for my customer.  I use only the finest materials available, applied per the manufacturers labeled instructions, in accordance with local and state regulations.  I enjoy interacting one on one with customers whom I regard as friends.  I really like happy customers, repeat business, and word of mouth referrals which only come from treating people right.

Wood destroying organisms can wreak havoc on a building if left unchecked.  Fortunately, safe and effective treatments are available nowadays to combat these pests.  It is also advantageous to correct conducive conditions such as excessive moisture and earth-wood contact to avert future trouble.

By law, inspections are required prior to WDO work commencing.  You should have the report in your hands and understand it before you say "OK".

What I don't do:
Although I always try to be helpful, I typically don't offer "free" inspections as others may unless by special arrangement.  No business can remain solvent for long by giving away its product.  You see I'm not angling to "get my foot in the door" so I can find something munching on your house and pressure you into an expensive treatment.  Be wary of scare tactics and "Sales Inspectors." Companies that offer gratuitous inspections will often send out an inspector who is paid on commission.  He won't get paid unless he finds something wrong with your house.  You can guess what'll happen next.  Avoid big corporations, because you're the one paying for those expensive Yellow Page ads, company jets, CEOs and CFOs.  Instead, hire a small-time reputable local termite guy who's been around awhile, (like me, hint hint ;-)
